Welcome Class of St. Gianna

Welcome to the Archbishop Harry J Flynn Catechetical Institute and to your Class Forum! This is a place for us to communicate. You are going to want to get in the habit of checking here often, or if you have a question, be sure to post it here. With over 350 students at the CI, this will be a great means of communication for us. We are looking forward to hearing from you here!

Small group 9:
Clarification from the other night. You should turn in your homework every week. Make a copy of the workbook sheet, or write your answers on a separate piece of paper with your name, group and class info.

The instructions about collecting homework every week, was mistaken. You only need to turn in homework when you miss a class.

General question:
What persons should be considered when a reference is made to "Church Fathers" and "Doctors of the Church"?

See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_of_the_Church or http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/05075a.htm
for Doctors of the Church.

The subject of "Church Fathers" has a bit more variety in opinion I think. here is "New Advent's" list http://www.newadvent.org/fathers/

Can you tell me if there is a way to get Part II of Fr. Dufner's talk on Conscience and Confession? I do not see it posted in either the St. Gianna or St. Francis class Mp3 postings.

Thanks,

Ann S.
